 The Student Computing Help Desk recently launched the Virtual Help Desk;  The Virtual Help Desk is the go to place to find information about computing services and instructions for using computing resources at the Law School.  The Virtual Help Desk covers topics from wireless access to notebook protection.  No access to a computer? No worries, a mobile-friendly version is available.

 Have a quick computing question?  Chat with the Help Desk using Google Chat when logged into your email account.  Simply search for “helpdesk” in the left column under chat and initiate a conversation.  This service is offered Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 11:30pm; Friday 8:30am – 8pm; Saturday noon-9pm; and Sunday noon-10pm.  Please note that not all questions can be solved through chat and may require a visit to the Help Desk, and that conversations are recorded.
